Hello and welcome!

My name is Lauren Kaster. I am a mama to Alana (age 8) and Vinny (age 6). We live in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, along with our German Shepherd / Husky "fur-baby", who's 11 years young. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, attending local events & small businesses, thrift shopping, and doing pilates.

I had known that I wanted a career working with pregnancy and delivery ever since I was 14 years old! Like many people, I had never heard of what a doula even was. A decade later, I had my two children, got my Associates Degree in Business Management, and then became a certified doula!

 

I am so excited to have the privilege of assisting women in having a relaxing and educated pregnancy and delivery. It is my top priority to advocate for my clients' wishes and preferences during such a special time in their lives. In short, when I get asked what being a doula is like, my go-to answer is "being a birthing BFF".
