During our 1 hour visit, we will go over:

• Getting to know each other 

• What you are expecting from your doula, along with services you're interested in

• Pregnancy/Medical history

• What your basic wishes and preferences are for your birth plan (we'll go into further details regarding all the decision making topics there are during the prenatal visit)
